Manawatu and Taranaki

Hi Everyone! We have not fallen off the face of the planet, we promise.  For the last few weeks we have been without Wifi (gasp!!) and haven't been able to post anything.  I have a TON of photos to go through.  This entry is about the rest of our time in Feilding/Manawatu region, and some of camping and hiking on Mt. Taranaki (Mt. Egmont).  It was pretty rainy most of the time we were house sitting in Feilding, so we tried to take advantage of any sunny days by spending them outside!

We went camping at the base of Mt Taranaki for a couple of days, and did a few hikes around the mountain areas. The area was amazing and its a shame we only spent a couple of days there.  There are quite a few places in the country that we want to go back to and spend more time.

In the next couple of days we will catch up and make an entry about our time in Wellington, where we spent the last two weeks.
